The Eco Village
We are a community of people of different ages who took a holistic lifestyle, respect and harmony with the environment in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
The New Nilachal is an Eco Village and Yoga Ashram, founded by Srila B. A. Paramadvaiti Swami, in the year 2007. We are part of the International Network of Eco-Tourism Inbound Yoga and Yoga Centres have, Meditation, Vegetarian Restaurants and Eco Villages in more than 25 countries worldwide, including two in the most sacred cities of India.
Located 20 minutes from the town of La Azulita in Mérida - Venezuela, New Nilachal is located at 1600 meters above sea level, surrounded by a beautiful landscape of cloud forest on the south side, a beautiful view of Lake Maracaibo northward turn can be seen at night Catatumbo lightning.
In this Eco Village will enjoy a very special microclimate, which allows a large development of flora and fauna, especially birds, which makes it very attractive to birdwatchers worldwide.

New Nilachal “The Eco Village” is an ideal space for yoga retreats, mystical tourism, ecological, scientific, among others. We serve our visitors, yoga, transcendental sound meditations, mantra yoga, Eastern philosophy classes, vegetarian, birding, hiking in the mountains.
